Oksana -- Russian Immigrant with 39 Lawyers.......

TMZ has learned ... Oksana Grigorieva -- who has said she doesn't have the power to fight the Mel Gibson machine -- has hired a grand total of 39 (THIRTY-NINE) lawyers so far ... to wage legal war on her behalf.

All 39 lawyers have been doing legal work for Oksana in her fight with Mel.  Even more shocking, we know at least 18 of the 39 lawyers have submitted more than $1 million in legal bills to the court ... and they're asking the judge to make Mel pay the tab.

As for the 39 lawyers who have jumped on board team Oksana, they include: Lisa Bloom, Martin Garbus, Daniel Horowitz, Eric George, Sonia Lee, Robin Sax, John Carlson, James Spertus, Ezra Landes, Mary Fulginiti, Amy Hinkley, Dan O'Malley, Suzie Obeda and Amanda Touchton.

But there's more ... the firm of Trope and Trope has put the following lawyers on Oksana's case:  Sorrell Trope, Anne Kiley, Angela Harris, Bret Hunter, Hillary Slevin, James Durant, John Ellis, Jennifer Leong, Jonathan Pakravan, Katie Heersema, Lori Howe, Melanie Shornick, Mark Patt, Sophie Bidet, Sarah Luetto, Thomas Dunlap and Tara Scott.

And, the firm of Freid and Goldsman have put the following lawyers on Team Oksana: Manley Freid, Gary Cohen, Marci Levine, Janet Kaplan, Cori Steinberg, Susan Park, Jill Foley Alexander and Kristine Capell.

And the irony -- at the moment Oksana has no family law attorney repping her ... almost all of them have either been fired or quit.

Judge Orders Mel Gibson to Appear for......?????

Mel Gibson was ordered to appear for a deposition within the next few weeks as part of the ongoing child custody case with baby mama Oksana Grigorieva.


We're told he's been ordered to give his depo some time before November 10. Oksana will also give her deposition, but it will take place on a different day. Both depositions will be supervised by a judge.

Sources say the depo will cover child custody issues only.

We're also told that the judge will clarify on November 10 whether the $20,000/month Mel has been ordered to pay in child support includes Oksana's housing costs.

Princess Diana's Dress Sold for $205,000....

A dress famously worn by Princess Diana at high profile events -- including a 1992 gala with the president of Hungary -- just sold at an auction for $205,000 ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the Gotta Have It! Rock and Pop Culture Auction wouldn't identify the buyer ... but confirms the "Fuschia Pink Evening Dress by Victor Edelstein" fetched $205,429.20 (to be exact) during its huge online auction that ended Saturday morning.

A number of other sweet items were also sold for huge prices, including:

Dina Lohan -- In the Land of Lindsay!

Dina Lohan was spotted out near Lindsay's rehab facility Monday night -- which means Michael Lohan was at least 100 or so yards away from where this photo was taken.


Dina is currently holed up at a hotel in Palm, CA -- which is a taxi cab ride away from the Betty Ford clinic in Rancho Mirage.

As we first reported, Michael tried to visit Lindsay yesterday -- but claims he wasn't allowed in the joint because Dina was armed with a protective order against him.

Erin Andrews -- New War over Old Nude Video???

Erin Andrews is back on the warpath over several images from her infamous (and illegally shot) nude peephole video -- after she discovered a website that refused to pull the pics down.



More than one year after the video first surfaced, Erin claims she can still find the images on TheDirty.com -- so she had her lawyer fire off a letter, demanding the site wipe them from cyberspace.

In the letter-- obtained by TMZ -- Erin's lawyer claims The Dirty is "unlawfully" posting the pics because "the copyright of these images belongs exclusively to Ms. Andrews" -- and posting them constitutes an invasion of her privacy.

Erin's lawyer wants The Dirty to erase any trace the stills may leave behind -- by 86'ing them "from all search engine databases, including, but not limited to, Google" ... or else face a serious lawsuit.

So far, the people at The Dirty don't seem to care -- in fact, after receiving the letter ... they reposted the pics at the top of their site.
