Demi Lovato to Seek Treatment for "Emotional and Physical Issues," Quits Tour

Hurry up and get better, Demi Lovato.
The young singer has dropped out of her global tour and admitted that she's in need of treatment for what her rep describes as "emotional and physical issues."

"Demi has decided to take personal responsibility for her actions and seek help," the rep says. "She is doing just that. Demi and her family ask that the media please respect their privacy during this difficult time. She regrets not being able to finish her tour, but is looking forward to getting back to work in the near future."

A friend close to the singer - who sang a duet with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas just last week in Mexico City - told People her pal "was bullied in school. She fought through eating disorders and has struggled with cutting."

We commend Lovato for seeking help and encourage readers to send her your best wishes and prayers.

Dancing With the Stars Recap: No Grey Area Here

Despite battling through major mental and physical anguish, Jennifer Grey continued to leave her mark as Dancing With the Stars' gold standard this season.
The stunning elimination of Audrina Patridge last week took the attention away from the fact that Jennifer, a favorite from day one, seemed to be fading a bit.
Might the rigors of training be catching up to her 50-year-old body? Could she be caving under the stress of six pressure-packed weeks? Apparently not!

TOUCH OF GREY: Jennifer classes up the ballroom and tops the scoreboard.

Monday night was Dancing With the Stars' 200th episode, a milestone commemorated with team dances. The six remaining couples split up into teams of three for this.
Captained by former winners Kristi Yamaguchi and Apolo Anton Ohno, who picked their teams, the dancers busted moves left and right for the first scores of the night.
Yamaguchi’s couples - Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas, Kyle Massey and Lacey Schwimmer, Rick Fox and Cheryl Burke - held their own in the cha cha cha for a total of 24.
Ohno’s team - Grey and Derek Hough, Brandy and Maksim Chmerkovsky, Kurt Warner and Anna Trebunskaya - was better. Barely distinguishable from pros equals 27.
Each of the individual dances that followed were takes on memorable routines from earlier seasons, and the stars of them came back to guest judge in a fun twist.
Kelly Osbourne’s Viennese waltz was butchered by Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas. Okay, that's a bit harsh. But they didn't wow us, either, with a 33. Total score: 57.
Massey and Schwimmer chose former contestant Mel B.’s pasa doble. They came into their own with a surprisingly elegant effort and a score of 35. Total score: 59.
Kurt and Anna recreated Emmitt Smith's tango. While Kurt won't likely win as Emmitt did, it was one Warner’s best dances this fall, netting him 34. Total score: 61.
Helio Castroneves then watched as Fox and Burke revisited his quickstep. Despite some criticism and missteps, they pretty much nailed it for a 37. Total score: 61.
Brandy and Maks channeled their inner Gilles Marini with an elegant and passionate foxtrot that earned a 10 from Len and a 37 overall. Fantastic. Total score: 64.
Closing out the night, Jennifer chose Drew Lachey’s tango, which really played to her strength. Grey broke down in tears throughout practice, dogged by fatigue.
She seemed unsure she could pull off a comeback, but after a sharp and passionate effort with Derek (for a 37) is there anything she can't do? Total score: 64.

Katy Perry Rates Self "10 Out of 10" in Bed

Maybe it's boasting, but somehow it fits. If Katy Perry rated herself a 5-6, that just wouldn't fit with our perception of her or boost her record sales much.
Her childhood may have been a bit sheltered, but as an adult, the pop star has no qualms about her wild ways in the bedroom with husband Russell Brand.
"Like Ludacris raps, 'I'm a lady in the street and a freak in the bed,'" she told Now Magazine. "If you ask Russell I'm sure he'd give me a 10 out of 10."

GOLD STANDARD: Katy Perry sets it, bedroom-style.

The pair, who got married in India last month, are happy as can be, and Perry isn't worried about her hubby straying, despite a history of skirt-chasing.
"He's made no secret of his life before me, but that's then and this is the future," she said. "He's cheated in the past but he knows how good he has it with me and I know he'd never do anything to jeopardize that. I trust him 100 percent."
If the "Firework" is really a 10 out of 10, why bother?!

Devon James Files For Bankruptcy

No wonder Devon James has been conjuring up every lie in the book in an effort to squeeze money out of former lover Tiger Woods: She's bankrupt!
The Florida porn star selling an alleged Tiger Woods sex tape, which she claims she was offered $300,000 for the rights to. Guess that wasn't true.
Bankruptcy papers Devon and husband Nick James filed under penalty of perjury list their assets at zero to $50,000. No mention of any Tiger tape.

SO MANY HOLES: Devon James' story has more than Tiger ... never mind.

The brazen Devon James, who falsely claimed Tiger Woods was the father of her love child Austin earlier this year, is actually $231,124.01 in debt.
Amazingly, they are still accepting orders on tigertapexxx [dot] com and are still advertising "Devon James and Tiger Woods Sex Tape On Sale Now."
They claim on the site, which accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal, that the tape will be released Nov. 15. It was previously Nov. 1.
Astonishingly, Devon and Nick have no proof the tape exists. Any asset as valuable as a Tiger Woods sex tape would be listed on Chapter 7 papers.
Despite hawking a tape of "Tiger Woods playing all the holes" on his girl, Dev says she has zero intellectual property. So basically, she's a fraud.
Teneal Goyco, who said he was Tiger's doppel-banger and that Devon paid him $1,000 to star in the faux Tiger tape, pretty much cleared that up.
This should confirm it beyond any doubt, however.

Liam Hemsworth: Cheating on Miley with Yolanda Vendy?

Sources say Miley Cyrus got back together with Liam Hemsworth because she was seeking a sense of stability in the face of her parents' divorce.
So we wonder how the singer will take this news: the Australian actor was spotted Down Under this weekend, attending the Myer Derby After Dark Party at a nightclub - and he wasn't alone.
Part-time model Yolanda Vendy met Liam that day and was by his side all night, onlookers confirm, as the blonde was asked if she and Hemsworth were friends. Her mysterious response? If that's what you want to call it.

Vendy (pictured, middle) and Hemsworth reportedly spent most of the night whispering to each other and were two of the last guests to leave the festivities.

This doesn't mean Liam was unfaithful to Miley, of course. For her sake, considering all she's going through in her personal life, we hope he's remaining loyal. But Hemsworth should know that perception is often reality and should be taking extreme measures these days to avoid circumstances such as this.

Teen Mom Creepin': Gary Shirley Hits on Random Girl!

Wow. Amber Portwood is really going to beat his ass this time.
Gary Shirley was seen grinding on another girl (as seen in the image posted by Radar Online after the jump) in the latest drama from the Teen Mom tandem.
"They were making out, whispering to each other. She was even nibbling on Gary's ear," a witness said. "They were dancing and grinding with each other."

Has Gary Shirley moved on from Amber Portwood?

Despite being hit by Amber Portwood on national TV, then being dumped so she could date another man, Gary Shirley has stood by the Teen Mom star.
Why? It's extremely difficult to figure out. Seems he just can't quit her.
The parents of baby Leah even renewed their commitment recently. After seeing this, she's gonna renew her commitment to punching him in the head.
The most astonishing thing about Gary's creepin'? The girl was cute.
"This girl was so cute, I was shocked. I can't believe he cries about Amber, then goes and does this," a source said. "I was happy when I heard he and Amber got back together but when I saw him with this other woman I was really disappointed."
Gary seemed to be kicked out of the house weekly during the filming of Teen Mom but Amber's father, Shawn, revealed that despite the televised battle, the couple was in counseling for months, and he hoped that they would get married.
Things don't look promising for the young parents, however.
"Amber and Gary are doing their separate thing right now," said a source close to Gary Shirley, explaining the complex matter. "He's not seeing anyone. He's not in any relationship. They are doing separate things right now. But he loves Amber."
Not enough that he won't grind ... but he loves her.

Real Housewives of Atlanta Recap: Marriage Fears and Pickle Cravings

There was talk of disintegrating marriages on The Real Housewives of Atlanta this week. There was also a major craving for pickles.
Fortunately, our THG intern is here to run down the latest series of scripted events on this Bravo hit. Sit back, try not to lose your breakfast and enjoy...
The ladies were all around frisky this week.  Kandi is hosting her "Kandi Koated Nights" webcast and invites Kim as her special guest.  The topic: Cheaters.  Does Kim consider herself one? No way!  And let's just make it clear that she doesn't have any "beef curtains," either!  We also learn that Kandi has been in a contest with a friend to see who can remain celibate for a year. This explains the raunchy nature of her show. That's where she's getting her jollies these days.

Nene and Cynthia are hanging out a lot more because Nene's marital problems with Gregg have surfaced. Since her plastic surgeon has given her the okay to guzzle down wine again, Nene hangs out at Cynthia's house and complains to Cynthia about her disintegrating 13-year-old marriage to Gregg. 

Nene doesn't trust Gregg and is annoyed that she gave him her 20s and 30s and all it's brought her is a run down body and grief.  She tells Cynthia she's near her breaking point and is seriously thinking about divorcing Gregg.  This terrifies Cynthia and confirms her fear of marriage.

Sheree preps for a dinner date with The Love Doctor (aka Ty-E Muhammed) and has her 24-year-old daughter, Dawn, and her fiancee, come over to baby sit.

Phaedra and Apollo have a "classy" pregnancy photo shoot by posing with a jar of pickles on the back porch.  Phaedra wants to document her belly and swallowing down a whole lot of pickles does the trick.

The Love Doctor puts Sheree to work in the kitchen by slicing strawberries and licking cookie dough off his fingers.  Sheree says she's not used to manual labor.  But she is happy that The Love Doctor has no belly.  She also admits that she needs money in a relationship since "love don't pay no bills." The fact that The Love Doctor seems a little desperate in asking Sheree for a kiss on their second date turns her off.

Kandi asks her mom, Joyce, for advice on how to handle Riley's absentee dad, who wants to participate in his daughter's life now after eight years of ignoring the little girl. In a heartbreaking scene, Riley tells Kandi that she doesn't really care if she has a dad or not.  She's built up a hell of a wall and Kandi's afraid of bringing any man into her life after AJ, to whom Riley grew attached. Single motherhood runs in the family, so Joyce tells Kandi  to be strong.

Meanwhile, Nene and Cynthia go bridal shopping shop for new bras.  Nene doesn't like wearing these because she "paid for her titties to stand up" and she likes her "hooker boobs" (real high...nipples to the sky).  Cynthia invites Nene to her Mother's Day brunch and Nene's thrilled to be going to an affair where Phaedra and her ex-con husband will also be.  Just how she wanted to spend her Mama's Day.

And what a brunch it is!

Kim bails because her kid is once again sick (a recurring theme whenever Kim wants to get out of something).  Kandi shows up with Riley and Joyce.   Nene shows up with Brentt.  Sheree brings her daughter, Kaleigh.  And Phaedra deigns to come to Cynthia's home, which she explains is in a gentrification zone in which they turned the hood into the suburbs.  It's not for her, but she'll make the effort to visit the peasants.

She's also bringing Mr. Clean/Apollo. 50-year-old Peter confronts Phaedra about her comments last week about him having five kids and Phaedra explains that what she meant was that it's just better for a woman to be involved with a man with no baby mama.  We learn that Phaedra has no idea when her baby is due. She claims that the doctors will be taking the baby out at 34 weeks because he's "all done. 

Hey, as long as those lungs and other organs are good, it's time for that puppy to come out!  The ladies are horrified and Nene flips out.

The chitchat gets really raunchy when Kandi starts giving the ladies sex tips. Pop Rocks aid in pleasing your man, apparently, as does sugar in the va-jay-jay.  Phaedra knows all about the sugar trick but says powdered sugar works best.  Nene once again flips out and says she wants no candied yams up inside her! 

Mr. Clean shows up with a Gucci diaper bag for his baby mama, which completely turns off Sheree.  50-year-old Peter sticks his foot in his mouth when he tells Nene that the reason her marriage is falling apart is because she's like a log in bed. Nene says she's not into manual labor and, as far as she's concerned, 50-year-old Peter has crossed the line. 

Nene's afraid of being alone but Kandi's mom offers her advice and tells her to let her guard down every so often and be herself. Don't waste any more time on pleasing others and be true to yourself. She needs to let people in and take off that armor.  Nene feels a connection to Joyce and cries.  Nene's one hot mama after all!
