 Blonde pop stars Shakira, 33, and Ke$ha, 23, both purred for the cameras at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid on Sunday.

Kathryn Jackson did not ok recent MJ release “Opis None”..........

Yesterday, we reported that Katherine Jackson, along with Howard Mann, made available a never been released song my Michael Jackson, titled Opis None. Well, it looks like that might not be the case.
According to insiders, namely the Jackson family, Kathryn knew nothing about the song and she certainly did not ok its release. It seems that Mann has been attempting to get into the Jackson cash vault via Kathryn since MJ’s death and the family is not happy about it.
The website where Howard Mann has been promoting Opis None has undergone a few changes. Mann has taken down all references to Kathyrn Jackson and her approval of the song. He also admitted the song is not new or never-before-released. Instead, it is a remix of an already released ditty. Hmm, interesting!

Dina Lohan to make “Today” appearance to discuss Lindsay....

Dina Lohan is scheduled to appear on the ‘Today’ show Monday, November 8th to discuss (no surprise here), her daughter Lindsay Lohan. She will reportedly talk about how things are going for Lindsay in rehab.
She is also planning to discuss (this is according to insiders) what Lindsay plans are for the future as well as give updates on the rest of her clan, well aside from her ex-husband Michael Lohan.
Not sure if money was exchanged hands for the rights to this interview or if Dina simply misses the spotlight and wants back in. Maybe she’s trying to keep interest high regarding all things Lindsay.
Whatever the reason, it doesn’t seem wise to go on National television to discuss your daughter’s struggle with substance abuse. It seems like the focus should be on her getting clean and not exploiting here for gain. Well, to each its own. Let’s just hope that her appearance on the ‘Today’ show is helpful and not hurtful.

Joe Francis gets married….well, sort of

Joe Francis, you know the guy who is responsible for all of those inappropriate “Girls Gone Wild” videos, got married….kind of.
Francis who recently got out of jail and who has lately been involved in a pretty contentious law suit with the owner of a famous Las Vegas casino, got “married” via a civil ceremony to Christina McLarty.
Because this was a civil ceremony and in Mexico no less, it doesn’t appear to have any legal standing, therefore, if Francis wants to cut and run once he gets tired of being with Ms. Mclarty, he can get out without any legal ramifications.
I wonder what people are thinking when they agree to do this. It’s akin to someone saying to you, “I kinda want to marry you but not really so let’s pretend that we are.”
It seems likes it’s a way for a guy to have their cake and eat it to. Not legally getting married also helps guys protect their assets, which I understand. However, even still, I would be insulted if a guy suggested that we have a civil ceremony but I guess, to each its own.

Conan O'Brien's new Set -- mooning the crowd

he only thing bigger than Conan O'Brien's enormous red pompadour ... is the giant moon looming behind Coco's desk on the set of his brand spanking new late night show.

TMZ has obtained a photo of Conan's set at the Warner Brothers lot in Burbank, CA -- which will officially be unveiled tonight during the inaugural episode of "Conan" on TBS.

The download on Oksana extortion investigation.......

The Oksana Grigorieva extortion investigation is still weeks away from being completed, because downloading her data has become quite the time-consuming thing.


L.A. County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ investigators are knee-deep in downloading and reviewing data from Oksana's computer. 

Oksana's lawyers tried to block investigators from reviewing most of the data in her computer, but last month the judge said it was all fair game.

We're told one of the major downloads is almost complete, but there's still a lot of other data that must be retrieved and reviewed.

Whitmore says all the witnesses have been interviewed and when the data is reviewed it will be sent on to the L.A. County District Attorney, who will decide whether to prosecute Oksana for extortion.  The D.A. will also decide whether to prosecute Mel Gibson for domestic violence.

Mistresses still Chasing his Putter....

Tiger Woods can't seem to shake his tails ... TMZ has learned several of the golfer's former mistresses have already booked their tickets to attend Tiger's upcoming golf tournament in California.

In an effort to reunite with their former down-low lover -- Joslyn James, Jamie Jungers and Holly Sampson will attend the 2010 Tiger Woods Chevron World Challenge in Thousand Oaks, CA in early December.

We're told at least two of the mistresses are planning to have "new boobs" by the time Tiger comes to town ... and a manager for the women tells us they are all "excited" to show them off.

Tiger is single these days ... no word if he's finally ready to mingle again.
