Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Shun, Call Out "Hypocrite" Darlene Egelhoff

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt recently renewed their vows, and didn't even think to invite her estranged mother, Darlene Egelhoff. The reason for that is simple, they say - she's a "hypocrite" just trying to piggyback off Speidi's fame.
How you can piggyback off of a couple who's also teetering on bankuptcy is unclear, but Speidi insists Darlene's words don't match her actions.

Heidi, three people she no longer speaks to, and Spencer.

"She's so into The Hills and she thinks she's like this Hills girl now," Heidi Montag said. "She's calling up all the tabloids. If she cares, she would stop."
Amid reports that Heidi's mom is asking $5,000 for appearances, Darlene Egelhoff appeared on ET, weeping and imploring her daughter to call her.
Crocodile tears, according to Spencer Pratt.
"If I needed an acting coach, I would go to Darlene," he said, quipping that his mother-in-law can turn on the waterworks "like she's Julia Roberts."
"The lady's such a hypocrite," Pratt added. "I wish Dr. Frank Ryan was alive to tell you, he was in talks with [Egelhoff] to do a full body makeover."
"The list was so long, longer than Heidi's 10, I'll tell you that," he said in reference to Heidi Montag's plastic surgery and Darlene's criticism thereof.
Egelhoff wrote on her blog yesterday that "My face drops from a dreamy smile to an expression of pain with the nagging thought of still not having my precious Heidi in my life ... I close my eyes in an effort to shut down emotionally."
"I cry and cry and cry, soaking my own hair and the floor around me," she wrote.
We wouldn't hold our breath for Spencer to offer you a tissue, D.

Phillipa Lepley: Kate Middleton Wedding Dress Designer?

The dress Kate Middleton wore to face reporters last week is already sold out around the globe.
But commotion over that sapphire frock is nothing compared to the absolute frenzy that has broken out over who will design this beauty's wedding gown.

According to the betting firm of William Hill, Phillipa Lepley has become one of the favorites to land this honor. Late yesterday, a number of three-figure bets were placed on this British designer. Really. People are gambling on who will design Kate's dress.
"There is rarely smoke without fire, and I would suggest she is possibly in the running and on a shortlist," said a spokesperson for that wagering agency.
As for the month in which the wedding will take place? The firm has taken April off the board because so many people were placing bets on it. Amazing.

DMX Arrested For Probation Violation

We were starting to think it had been awhile.
Last time we reported a DMX arrest was over two months ago. Something seemed amiss ... until he was busted in Phoenix last night for violating his probation. The violation was simple: not checking in with his probation officer.
He faces a revocation hearing November 24.

DMX MUG SHOT #15: That's not an exaggeration, amazingly.

The arrest was first reported by local FOX 10. The rapper, who has a long history of legal trouble in his home state and beyond, says he has no hard feelings toward Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the man who keeps arresting him.
“No, hate would ruin my life. I wish him the best - good health, long life - just leave me alone,” DMX said. Hey, at least he's not bitter, right?

Ke$ha with a Mohawk: Awesome or Awful?

Ke$ha broke out a mohawk at last night's Us Weekly's Hot Hollywood: Stars Who Care event.
On any other celebrity, this might be a shock. On Ke$ha, we're almost surprised it took so long for her to make like Brody Jenner.

The eccentric singer said she did the 'do herself and:
"Even when I do dress up it's never like a pretty girl. I think it's more interesting to have a little of your [own] style in anything... I'm definitely not the hottest girl in the world by far, but, you have to work with what you got!"

Tre From Facebook: Willow Palin is Totally Homophobic; Apology Not Accepted!

Tre, the Alaskan dude who Willow Palin called a f*gg*t on Facebook this week, does NOT accept her sister Bristol's apology, thankyouverymuch.
He says Willow Palin, who lashed out at him for mocking her mom's TLC show, uses such language so often, she may very well be a homophobe.
Tre tells TMZ that he's not gay, but feels offended and bullied, given that "Willow called me a f**got in front of the whole world and my family."

What would Sarah Palin have to say about Willow's vocabulary?

Asked if he felt it was a homophobic rant, Tre replied that he thinks so, seeing as "She says 'queer' and 'gay' so much ... so probably ... maybe."
Although Bristol issued a public apology via Facebook on behalf of her and Willow, Tre says he's yet to hear from either one of them personally.
Does he accept Bristol's apology? "No way ... Maybe if it was sincere from them straight to me, I would consider. But it would have to be direct."
"People say these are baby grizzlies defending Mama Bear ... but how is she defending her family by calling us queers and low-lifes and f**gots?"
